On June 21, 2010, truck drivers employed at Advanced On-Site Concrete, Inc. voted in favor of Teamsters Local 786 as their bargaining representative. Employee's had contacted the Local regarding representation, signed recognition cards, and held firm to their beliefs of wanting a say in their working conditions all the way through the election. Local 786 has begun negotiations with the company for a fair contract for these employees. Please show your support for these workers and welcome them to the 786 family when you see them on the road
