      NOTICE

      TO ALL LOCAL 786 MEMBERS

WORKING UNDER THE N.I.R.M.M.A. (READY MIX) AGREEMENT

Due to limited capacity in the 705 Hall and the numerous complaints from members that they were unable to hear the offer from NIRMMA and felt intimidated by some members, the Local 786 Executive Board has decided to present the proposal and vote the offer in time slots. The vote will be conducted on Sunday, June 9, 2024, starting at 7:30 a.m.

Your time slot will be determined by your home yard as detailed below. This will be an accept, reject/strike vote.  By creating time slots, the Executive Board will ensure all members will hear this revised offer, and have an opportunity to ask questions and have a voice in determining whether to accept or reject the offer.

There will be observers in the meeting for the entire voting process to monitor the ballot box and ballots. Once all members have voted, all members who choose to will be able to watch the count.
