Dave Crockett started with Lance Construction in May of 1994 as summer help in a union shop before realizing that his position was nonunion. Instead of continuing to work as nonunion help, Dave stood up to the company and proclaimed that he would rather leave his position than continue to work as a scab in a union shop. Dave has been with the company and has been a proud Teamsters Local 786 member ever since.
